1Robot System Application

Operates in line with KD dispenser and robot system

The MONAS dispenser can be operated in line with the robot system.
Below is an example of a dispenser system mounted on a desktop Cartesian robot.

  • When using the Dispenser with a robot system,
    • ① SMARTCON can be operated directly by the signal from the robot controller, or
    • ② When connected to SMARTCON through PROSEL, users can select a dispensing program written in advance and operate it conveniently.

2 Connection of Feeding Pump to Dispenser

For dispensing high-viscosity liquids, MONAS pump can be used to feed the coating liquid to the dispenser.
Below is an example of a system of MONAS-KVT pump and KD dispenser installed in the robot system.
