The MONAS dispenser KD series is controlled in several ways
- A. Control by MONAS dispenser smart controller (SMARTCON-100)
- B. Set the smart controller (SMARTCON-100) in remote mode and control it by receiving a signal from the customer's master system
- C. Control by MONAS mini controller (BABYCON-10) by receiving a signal from the customer's master system
1SMARTCON-100 MONAS Dispenser Smart Controller
- Control the discharge volume and time freely
- Independently operated and, if necessary, slave operation by external signal is also possible.
- From manual to automatic operation possible
- Complicated dispensing can be easily performed with Program Mode and Memory Mode
- Easy to operate thanks to the touch screen type interactive screen
- Synchronized operation and proportional control are possible by connecting two dispensers to one controller
- Controllable from small to large dispensers of KD02~KD10 with the controller SMARTCON-100
- Possible to control and check the dispenser and controller from a distance using analog signal/Ethernet/RS485 signal

2BABYCON-10 MONAS Dispenser Mini Controller
- BABYCON-10 is a slave controller that controls the dispenser by receiving signals from the customer's master system (general PC, PLC, robot, etc.)
- Connect one dispenser per unit of BABYCON.
- Multiple sets of BABYCON and dispensers can be connected to the customer's master system and operated.
- Dimension : 45H x 130W x 85D(mm), 24V DC
3PROSEL MONAS Dispenser Program Selector
- When using an external master controller (PLC, robot, PC, other system), the 32 stored programs in the SMARTCON-100 can be easily selected in external control mode by using the MONAS Program Selector (PROSEL) module.
