Dispenser Products
Features and Principles
MONAS KD & KDD Dispenser, the new advanced dispenser applying the excellent transfer principle of the eccentric screw pump, enables free and precise dispensing of liquids.

Features and advantages
- Pulsation-free metered dispensing of mdium as a micro eccentric screw pump
- High-precision dispensing of small flow rate freely
- Constant discharge regardless of changes in viscosity
- Clean dispensing without liquid drip at the tip of the nozzle with the suck-back function
- In the two-component type, the mixing ratio can be freely adjusted
- Significant reduction of tact time
How MONAS Dispenser Works
Combining the rotor into the stator hole creates an enclosed space due to the difference in pitch and cross section between them. When the rotor is rotated inside the stator, rotor is eccentrically rotated in the stator, and the sealed cavity rotates and moves forwards, sucking and pushing the liquid in it.

Operation Charateristic
- As the discharge quantity is directly proportional to the number of revolutions, you can control the discharge quantity by adjusting the rotation speed and time
- Since the eccentric screw pump sucks the liquid during reverse rotation, it prevents drips from forming through the Suck-Back function, which provides instantaneous reverse rotation when the operation is stopped
